Macaroni Salad

Serves: 15


Ingredients:

16 oz. shell macaroni
1/2 c. milk
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 T. hot water
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

3 tomatoes, chopped
3/4 c. chopped green onions
2 small peppers, chopped
1/3 c. chopped pickle (can use sweet or dill)
2 tsp. dried dill weed

Optional:
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Chopped turkey or ham


Directions:

Cook and drain macaroni according to box directions. Toss with milk.

Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water; add to macaroni.

Add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and pepper and stir.

Add tomatoes, onions, peppers, pickles, and optional ingredients. Stir to combine, and refrigerate until cool.
